Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruiting process, from start to finish, for open positions company wide. This role is critical to the success of recruiting operations and candidate experience – two areas which we are proud to hold ourselves to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
+ Source and screen potential candidates to effectively support various hiring teams.
+ Build and manage candidate profiles, ensuring all documentation remains well-organized and accurate.
+ Coordinate and schedule phone and in-office interviews for both internal and external applicants.
+ Administer required departmental assessments for domestic (India) and international roles across virtual and face-to-face formats.
