• Telephonically & personally interviewing candidates
• Screening candidates
• Shortlisting profiles and arranging interviews
• Follow up/coordination with potential candidates. Developing and implementing different candidate sourcing strategies
• Taking preliminary interview round
• Salary negotiation with successful candidates
• Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate
• Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all Resourcing activities on HR Information System
