Responsibilities
As a Frontline Jr. Recruiter focused on high-volume hiring, you will play a key role in managing the hiring process for Pepsi Co. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and stakeholders to support frontline hiring operation across the United States, including ATS administration, hiring manager support, candidate tracking, and process coordination.
