This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering a distinctive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our brand universe, business ambitions and culture. Working in close partnership with business leaders and hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Manager will drive workforce planning, strengthen talent pipelines, enhance employer desirability, and ensure a high-touch, rigorous and efficient recruitment experience that reflects the standards of a premium, entrepreneurial and international organisation.
