Key Accountabilities
Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across assigned roles, from requisition intake through to offer management and acceptance
Expert in effective and proactive candidate sourcing strategy, identifying multiple channels to source high quality, diverse talent whilst enabling a strong candidate experience from end to end
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insight, hiring recommendations, and challenge where required
Deliver diverse and inclusive shortlists in line with the client's Inclusion & Diversity commitments
Partner with Talent Sourcing Specialists (where applicable) to develop proactive sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles
Ensure a positive, engaging, and consistent candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment lifecycle
