Talent Acquisition Partner - Recruiter

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a fast-paced and growing environment supporting hiring needs across Peru. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, stakeholder management, and building strong talent pipelines across multiple business areas.

The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, drive end-to-end recruitment processes, and contribute to talent attraction initiatives while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across different functions including Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Technology, Customer Support, and Corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
