The Talent Acquisition team delivers all of Thales LATAM recruitment needs using a Direct Sourcing model and have a pure focus on targeting/attracting passive talent.
Our goal is to be the best at Strategic Sourcing of Passive Talent and being a Talent Advisor to the business.
