TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage full cycle recruitment for non-managerial roles Tier 3 positions for NORLA region, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business needs.Oversee job postings internally and externally, maintaining accurate applicant flow using the candidate tracking system.Source candidates actively and passively from various channels including direct sourcing, employee referrals, traditional media, job fairs, and online job boards.Follow diversity and inclusion strategies provided by the Talent Acquisition Lead and ensure related KPIs are met.Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define job requirements, selection criteria and timelines.Conduct resume screening, phone interviews.
