TALENT ACQUISITION SUPPORT ANALYST – Location: Querétaro (on-site). The role plays a key part in enabling efficient, compliant, and high‑quality hiring outcomes across Latin America by providing operational and administrative support to the recruiting team. You will contribute to a smooth end‑to‑end recruitment experience by supporting requisition management, candidate data integrity, and internal coordination. The position is located in Querétaro and offers exposure to multiple countries and recruitment processes, opportunities to strengthen operational excellence, and the chance to make a direct impact on how talent joins the organization. • Recruitment Operations Support — Provide back‑end support to Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators across active requisitions, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Applicant Tracking System Management —
