Position Overview

Our Global Talent Acquisition team spans the globe from the United Kingdom to the United States, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and India. We work closely within and across regions to deliver strong candidate experiences and hiring outcomes. In Thailand, we partner closely with business leaders and HR to ensure hiring practices are consistent, explainable, and aligned to local market realities.
About the role - you will:
Own end‑to‑end recruitment for the Korat site, including intake, sourcing, interviews, offer consultation, and closing assigned requisitions.

Act as the on‑site TA Lead for Korat, providing hands‑on support, daily guidance, and coaching to the TA team, while managing key or complex hires.

Partner closely with Korat business leaders to understand hiring needs, respond to urgent or ad‑hoc requests, and deliver results with speed and governance.
