What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Talent Manager with at least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital talent management, with a strong understanding of the influencer and entertainment landscape, and proven experience growing creator profiles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of content creators
• Identify and recruit new digital talent
• Define growth strategies for creators (content, positioning, collaborations)
• Negotiate deals with brands, agencies, and platforms
