Role Purpose

To provide support by handling inbound calls, managing electronic assistance requests, conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans and delivering telephonic counselling sessions.

Requirements

• A National Senior Certificate is essential
• Qualified Registered Counsellor (highly advantageous), Social Worker or Psychologist
• Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Counsellor in a formal therapeutic role is essential
• Proficiency in English
• Experience in Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) in a call centre environment is essential
• MS Office / Office 365 proficiency
