Talent Sourcing & Attraction Analyst (Hybrid)

Complementos Humanos in Medellín, Colombia, is seeking a Talent Attraction & Hunting Analyst to develop and execute recruitment strategies for various roles. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition and a strong proficiency in English.

This role involves designing innovative recruitment strategies, screening candidates, and maintaining candidate pipelines as well as partnerships with educational institutions. A project-based contract is offered with a hybrid work modality.
