To build and manage excellent relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, maximising contract performance, while achieving all aspects of the service level agreement. Ensure all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in-line with the Page Outsourcing values. Key Activities could include:
Capturing successful candidate details and initiate onboarding activities
Scheduling Hiring Manager Interview with Candidates
Tracking candidate progress against agreed onboarding checklist - highlighting and escalating any outstanding actions or information
