We are seeking a skilled Tax Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in the eastern region of Toronto. This position is pivotal in leading the firm’s tax operations, ensuring seamless execution of tax functions, and delivering exceptional service to our small business, high net-worth, and cross-border tax clients.

• Manage and review Canadian tax compliance and tax planning engagements for small business owners and high net-worth clients.
• Review and finalize T1, T2, T3, T5013, and related filings, including elections, disclosures, and supporting schedules.
• Oversee cross-border (Canada–U.S.) tax files ensuring proper reporting, treaty positions, and documentation.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide recommendations on owner-manager planning, corporate reorganizations, remuneration strategies, capital gains planning, and succession considerations.
