The opportunity

Lead cross border teams to help US clients connect strategy to execution. As a TD&E Manager, you will design and stand-up Transformation/Program/Enterprise PMOs, shape the target operating model, guide portfolio decisions, and drive delivery across time zones. You will combine clear governance with practical reporting so leaders can see progress, risks, and value realized.

You will also grow people and help win new work by working closely with EY stakeholders on new pursuits and support the practice in developing end-to-end proposals and proposal presentations to clients

You will work with our clients to establish a TMO, PMO or EPMO structure to mobilize and manage programs by applying a proven EY framework and methodology based on industry recognized global standards.
