T&E Expense Analyst (Medellín)

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company T&E; policies.
• Process expense reports promptly, resolving discrepancies and policy exceptions.
• Provide support to employees via chat and email regarding expense report submissions, policy questions, and system usage.
• Act as the first point of contact for T&E-related; inquiries, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Support the expense-related aspects of the employee exit process, ensuring all outstanding expenses are submitted, reviewed, and processed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of T&E; processes and controls.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant associate degree or equivalent work experience considered.
