Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of tea-based beverages, including hot, iced, and specialty drinks.
• Educate customers on different tea flavors, brewing methods, and pairings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea bar and equipment.
• Handle customer orders, process payments, and provide excellent service.
• Ensure proper tea brewing techniques and ingredient quality.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in food service (preferred).
• Passion for tea and knowledge of different tea types and brewing methods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
