Tea Barista

Responsibilities

• Brew a variety of loose-leaf teas, tea blends, and herbal infusions.
• Prepare specialty tea drinks, including iced, hot, and blended varieties.
• Steep tea to precise temperatures and times to ensure optimal flavor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Most employers require at least a high school diploma
• Experience in the food and beverage industry, especially in a coffee shop, café, or restaurant, is often preferred but not always required.
