Teaching Assistant

A welcoming and supportive primary school in Penarth is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development within a classroom setting.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to provide support across the classroom, helping pupils stay engaged, confident, and motivated throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
• Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom participation
• Supporting children with additional learning needs where required
