Oasis Academy Warndon is looking to appoint a caring, dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to join our supportive team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children who have a range of special educational needs and disabilities, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and personally. You will play a key role in supporting pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), delivering targeted interventions and promoting positive wellbeing, independence and inclusion throughout the school.

About the Role

Working closely with teachers, HLTAs and the SEND team, you will:

  • Deliver targeted interventions linked to EHCP and individual learning targets.
  • Support pupils within the classroom and through small-group or one-to-one interventions.
