Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Administrator to support our Infrastructure senior leadership team and partners.
Job Description
Key day-to-day activities will include the following, but not limited to:
- Acting as a central “go-to” contact for the SLT and Partners
- Complex diary and inbox management across multiple senior stakeholders
- Coordinating governance forums (SLT meetings), including materials and logistics
- Managing senior stakeholder and client relationships
- Prioritising competing leadership demands and making judgement calls on urgency
- Ensuring follow-up and accountability on leadership actions
- Oversight of service quality and admin delivery standards
- Supporting sensitive or confidential matters with discretion
