Job Profile Summary

The main purpose of this position is to Identify and recruit current Werner Drivers to assume a Team Driver type position within either the Van Network or Specialized Services. This would include recruiting for Full Team Driver, Split Team Driver, Trainer, or Jumper Driver. Supervise the Team Capacity Developer group daily on Team Driver pair up goals and initiatives.
