Team Lead - Building Services

Our diverse Melbourne-based Building Services Team are currently looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a group of Principal Level professional, including engineers and digital team. Your role will be split across people management and project delivery, including assisting with the design and delivery of projects across; Healthcare, Education, Aviation, Civil Infrastructure, Defence, Commercial and Arts and Culture projects across Australia.

How you’ll make a difference:

• Lead and manage a team of experienced, multidisciplinary building services engineers and digital modellers. Support their technical development and professional growth by providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management while setting clear goals for success.
• Collaborate with other Team Leads within the group to drive multi-disciplinary project outcomes, ensuring effective strategic planning, resource allocation, and utilization.
