Newrest has an exciting career opportunity and is looking for as a Team Leader, to support the Unit Co-ordinator in managing the daily operation, taking ownership and accountability for meeting operational objectives and targets. To always provide excellent standards of service to maximise client enjoyment of products and to ensure the site and its assets are always safe and secure.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Dishwash/Equipment and Hygiene
To ensure all equipment is packed to the required airline specification.
To ensure dish room required throughputs are achieved.
Ensure all equipment is provided to our internal customers on time.
To ensure all wash machine temperature are recorded and monitored.
To ensure waste compacting, removal equipment and systems are in good working condition.
