Team Leader – OT, PT or EP

Our client is an established Workplace Rehabilitation Provider with an impeccable reputation.

As a result of continued organic growth, we're seeking a Team Leader (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist) to join their Brisbane North team.
 
The Role

• Provide training & coaching to a small team of Rehabilitation Consultants 
• Manage a caseload predominantly within the WorkCover QLD scheme
• Deliver workplace rehabilitation, RTW & injury management services
• Complete initial, workplace, ergonomic & functional assessments
• Build strong relationships with employers, insurers, injured workers & treating practitioners
• Identify barriers to recovery & develop practical RTW solutions
• Achieve positive recovery, engagement & return to work outcomes
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
