Responsibilities

• Support the planning, delivery, and governance of technology programs, projects, and managed services.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful execution, effective communication, and continuous improvement across initiatives.
• Program & Project Delivery : Support the delivery of programs, projects, and managed services to achieve agreed business outcomes. Manage planning, execution, and tracking within agreed scope, schedule, cost, quality, and SLAs. Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting. Track project costs, risks, issues, milestones, and dependencies across stakeholders.
• Support change demand and operations management activities.
