Position Overview
As a **Technical Adviso**r you will be the mediator between the end customer and the Comex store, attending technical advice calls to dealers, store personnel and end customers to support them and channel them to the corresponding area.
This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor!
**Key** **Responsibilities**
- Attend customers by telephone and provide technical advice.
- Provide technical documents.
- Attention to our customers complaints.
- Capture of evidence.
- Identify what triggers the customer's complaint.
**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of knowledge about substances and chemical reactions.
- Chemical engineering completed.
- English proficiency.
- Good management of Oracle is desirable.
- Teamwork, good at business, and customer service and organization.
- This position is located in Tultitlan, Mexico State #LI-OnSite
