Provide technical support and service for customers focused on our Offshore Crane products Quoting of upgrades, services and non-standards solutionLiaise with factory for technical enquiries and feedbackManage special projects Responsible for the monitoring and correct fulfilling of the local service contractsOversee customer service issues; including participation in scheduled customer service meetingsDaily and project-based reporting to the local Head of Customer Service Your qualifications
