POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering Engage business units (Procurement, Sales, Finance , Operations) to understand and document business processes and pain points. Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. Develop use cases, user stories, process maps, and data flow diagrams. Analyse and model current vs. future state processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
