Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day operation of the Site and reporting to FM
- Supervise all the facilities’ management and operational activities
- Prepare quotations, conduct evaluation for all services, provide recommendation reports,
- Prepare all site required reports
- Escort contractors to carry out work
- Standby for events if required
- Minimum Diploma in engineering / facilities management
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Well-versed in Microsoft office
- Class 3 license preferred
- NEN 2767 certified preferred
- Due to security clearance, only Singapore citizens can be considered for this role
