As a Technical Field Support Representative, you will support the Aftermarket business across Africa by providing hands‑on technical expertise and customer support. The role involves delivering technical trainings in various formats—from on‑site customer visits and small group sessions to large conference‑style presentations, covering battery technologies, diagnostics, fitting instructions, and vehicle electronics systems. You will also create training materials and technical documentation, perform product demonstrations and trials, manage technical and warranty queries, and support customers in handling claims. This position is based in Dubai, UAE.
