Technical Founder: Data Center Cooling & Thermal Innovation

We're building a new venture with a leading global engineering company specializing in flow and motion control technology, focused on cooling in data centers. The problem we focus on is the growing strain that AI and GPU workloads put on existing cooling infrastructure. As these workloads grow denser and more variable, many facilities are finding that their chilled‑water systems weren't designed for this kind of load: capacity gets tight, hotspots show up where they shouldn't, and energy costs creep upward as systems work harder to compensate.

As technical founder, you'll own the product direction for this venture from the ground up: shaping the product vision, validating the problem directly with data center operators, and turning that into early product concepts worth building.
