Key Responsibilities Technical Architecture & Customization System Customization : Configure and customize core OSC frameworks, modules, workspaces, and complex business workflows.  Component Development : Build high-performance UI widgets, server-side extensions, and custom storefront/agent portal components.

API & System Integration : Design and maintain seamless REST/SOAP API integrations between OSC and third-party systems like ERPs, CRMs, and Payment Gateways.  Performance Optimization : Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting, code reviews, and system modifications to minimize latency during high-traffic periods.  Team Leadership & Project Execution Code Governance : Enforce high code-quality standards, security compliance, and uniform coding frameworks across the engineering team.

Mentorship : Guide, up-skill, and mentor junior developers through pair programming and structured technical workshops.
