Technical Lead – Control Centre OT

• Technical lead for overall workstream: current-state assessment (SCADA/EMS/GMS/DTS/EDL/Siglon/PQA/settlement/OT infra)
• Transformation principles & target architecture
• Business cases and 10-year roadmap
• Emergency Control Center evaluation
• Workstream RFP packaging (8-10 packages) and execution support.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Electrical/Power/Control Engineering
• 12 years in control-centre/SCADA/EMS projects
• Led 2 similar projects as lead consultant/engineer
• Strong dispatch SCADA ops and Emergency Control Center knowledge.
