Technical Manager - Embedded Electronics

Role Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Technical Manager to lead our Embedded Hardware and Embedded Firmware teams, with end-to-end responsibility for technical direction, architecture, execution quality, and delivery of embedded electronics for industrial drives, servo inverters, frequency inverters, and motion/safety products. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not a pure people management position. The successful candidate will contribute to architecture, design and code reviews, design and code if needed, technical problem solving, and critical debugging, while mentoring engineers and fostering strong engineering practices.
