Technical Manager

The Technical Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all technical evaluations related to the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of aircraft, engines, and material packages considered for purchase or lease. This role provides technical leadership across asset transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and company standards while supporting commercial decision-making.

The Technical Manager leads aircraft and engine transition activities by directing and performing detailed technical audits and evaluations of assets and associated records prior to technical acceptance.
