Position Overview

The role:

  • Sourcing and ordering forklift truck parts

  • Managing stock control and inventory processes

  • Coordinating deliveries and engineer van stock replenishment

  • Providing customer service via telephone and face-to-face interactions

  • Supporting departmental administration and stocktake activities

  • Working closely with engineers and operational teams
