Technical Product Lead — Manufacturing | Nashik | 4+ Years Experience

About the role:

We are looking for an ERPNext Lead to take end-to-end ownership of the platform. You will manage a team of Product Managers and external developers while partnering closely with department heads across the organization. You will also lead AI & Automation initiatives to automate manual processes, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Product Ownership — Own the ERPNext product roadmap: prioritise features, manage the backlog, and align development efforts with business needs across Sales, Manufacturing, Purchase, and Finance.
• Process Improvement — Lead end-to-end projects; for instance, redesigning our Order Booking process to accept delivery schedules and blanket orders, enabling timely capacity booking and work order issuance.
