Role overview
Lead the technical delivery and engineering direction for IT products in Marsh Spain & Portugal. Act as the technical owner for product architecture, roadmap, and quality while bridging business stakeholders, global IT teams, and external vendors.Provide hands-on technical leadership to local engineering teams and serve as the primary technical point of contact for senior stakeholders across the business and different functions within the Marsh group.Drive the adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices and identify opportunities to apply AI to improve product delivery, operational efficiency, and business outcomesKey responsibilities
