Overview

STAND 8 is hiring Associate Recruiters and Technical Recruiters to join our growing offices in Mexico. You will work on a collaborative recruiting team with associates from across the globe to fill technical positions for enterprise organizations in the USA, without dealing with third‑party companies.

Responsibilities

• Represent the STAND 8 brand.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of STAND 8 processes, industry standards, and client base.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and understand their career goals and opportunities.
• Identify and connect with top IT talent through networks, referrals, and outreach.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client information and provide excellent customer service.
