Seeking a Technical Service Consultant to provide support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system performance in a customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities Provide remote technical support Troubleshoot system and SQL/database issues Manage support tickets and escalations Assist with reporting, data queries, and system setup Maintain clear documentation Key Skills Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL) SQL querying & troubleshooting Technical support experience Strong problem‑solving & communication skills Experience 3+ years SQL experience 2+ years in technical/customer support Nice to Have: SSRS / Power BI Nice to Have: POS or retail system exposure Working Setup

Thursday-Monday schedule (includes weekends).
