Technical Service Engineer (Bogotá)

Requerimientos

• Basic understanding of support tools such as Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree or studies in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Excellent English skills for verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, highly flexible and adaptable environment.
• Basic understanding of MQTT and cellular network protocols desirable.
• Minimum education: University or technological degree.
• Experience: 1 year.
• Languages: English.
• Knowledge: Java, Javascript, SQL Server.
