Position: Technical service engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Equipment Installation and Commissioning
Responsible for the guidance of installation, commissioning, and startup of ESS products at customer sites to ensure the equipment operates smoothly as per customer requirements.
Provide on-site technical support according to the product manuals and customer needs, resolving any technical issues during installation and commissioning.
Technical Support and Maintenance
Provide technical guidance for routine maintenance and repair services for equipment to ensure stable operation and minimize customer downtime.
Offer technical consulting to customers.
Training and Documentation Management
Conduct regular customer training on equipment operation and maintenance to enhance customers' ability to use and maintain the equipment.
