Position Overview
You run a commercial HVAC service department, or you're the technical lead who effectively does. You're good at it. This role gives you the one thing your current job probably doesn't: the authority to run it the way you think it should be run.
Is this you?
You hold proper commercial gas qualifications - ACS commercial, not domestic-only. That's the part that matters. If you've got refrigeration and AC experience on top, that's a real plus, but the gas is what the role is built around. You've spent time in service management, technical support or operational leadership, and you're comfortable on the commercial side too: quotes, small works, mobilising new contracts.

You'll run the service department day to day and own the technical standard across it. The engineers and the approved subcontractor list, the rotas, standby, scheduling and training. You'll make sure statutory and mandatory PPM is planned, delivered, reported and followed up ...
