Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 customer support ensuring timely resolution of operational and technical issues through appropriate systems and communication channels.
• Develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders at multiple organizational levels to support effective communication and long‑term partnership.
• Provide technical guidance and operational support related to aircraft engines, products and associate services.
• Monitor engine and system performance, proactively identify potential issues and supporting corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, technical specialists, service partners and airline representatives to ensure service continuity and operational reliability.
