Position Overview
Inventory & Logistics
- Receive, inspect, and tag incoming IT equipment (servers, drives, switches, etc.)
- Track inventory using our warehouse management system
- Support audits and coordinate shipments with the logistics team
- Test decommissioned equipment for functionality
- Securely wipe data using approved tools and industry standards (NIST 800-88, DoD -M)
- Keep accurate logs of all data destruction for compliance
- Dismantle non-working equipment and salvage reusable parts
- Clean, reassemble, and upgrade components for resale/reuse
- Sort and route non-reusable materials to certified e-waste recycling
- Maintain accurate records across receiving, processing, and dispatch
- Support internal/external audits
