Now we're scaling - and with that comes more API partners, more integrations, and more complexity across the platform. This role exists to build the technical operations layer that scales with it: owning API partner relationships end-to-end — from onboarding and implementation through to long-term support — and managing platform-wide triage to make sure everything that reaches Engineering is well-understood and ready to act on.
