About the Role

We are looking for Bilingual Technical Support Engineers to join our growing team! You will be the first point of contact, handling tickets and resolving incidents related to our clients' devices.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in Technical Support or a technology‑related degree with no experience (Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, etc.)
• Strong networking troubleshooting skills (IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
• B2+ English communication skills (fluent and conversational)
