Work Schedule: Nightshift

Work Setup: Onsite

Salary: 23,000 + 6,000 allowance

QUALIFICATIONS

• :High School Diploma or Equivalen
• tAt least 1 year of experience in a technical support role within a contact center or BPO environment, supporting hardware and software troubleshootin
• gWorking knowledge of operating systems and standard troubleshooting procedure
• sComfortable using CRM or ticketing platforms to log and resolve issue
• sStrong communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to explain issues clearly to non-technical user
• sExcellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain professional and composed under pressur
• eMust be willing to support clients across multiple channels, including phone calls and email
